The US Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card Resort Credit is a different benefit. It applies at eligible Hilton resorts rather than Hilton properties generally, which made the no-stay question narrower: could spending at an eligible resort trigger the credit without a room attached?

Las Vegas and Fiji don’t produce a universal rule. They show why the individual transaction still matters. Spending can be recognized as Hilton spending without qualifying for the Aspire resort credit, while direct restaurant spending without a stay can qualify at another resort.
